<p>Units offered range from small studio / SoHo types (~280 sq ft) up to larger units (~1,030 sq ft for 3-bedroom + 2-bathroom) depending on the tower and layout. The pricing begins from about RM230,000 for some studio / SoHo units. The estimated completion of Astrum is in 2026.</p>



<p>One particularly attractive component is the Residensi Astrum Ampang PR1MA block (Tower A), which is under PR1MA’s LPHS scheme. </p>
