Kuala Lumpur, 14th Oct 2024, 11.59am – Avaland Bhd has officially launched the sales gallery for Avenue25 and previewed Tower B of the Alora Residences serviced apartments in Subang Jaya, Selangor, on Saturday.
Avenue25 is a 13.4-acre freehold mixed-development project, boasting an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM3 billion and located in USJ25, Subang Jaya.
At the opening event, CEO Apollo Bello Tanco highlighted that the masterplan would feature a “forest-inspired vertical green village” concept throughout the development.
“Avenue25 is inspired by its sprawling 13-acre site, complemented by a nearby six-acre green space, embodying the concept of a ‘forest-inspired vertical green village.’ Our goal is to set a new standard in Subang Jaya, focusing on ecological preservation, community engagement, and economic sustainability.”
At the same event, Avaland introduced Tower B of Alora Residences, featuring 278 units with built-up areas of 923 and 1,042 sq ft, with prices starting at RM739,800.
Alora Residences, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM551 million, offers 770 units across Tower A and B. Tower A, launched in August 2023, has reached a 50% take-up rate.
The development also includes eight retail units with starting prices from RM1.2 million.
Avenue25 will be built in four phases, with Alora Residences as the first phase. The entire mixed-use project is expected to take about 10 years to complete.
Tanco highlighted that Avaland aims to secure Gold GreenRE certification for each phase of Avenue25.
Additionally, Avaland has invested RM1 billion to enhance the surrounding road infrastructure, including constructing a 300-meter covered pedestrian bridge connecting Avenue25 to the LRT USJ21 station.
Avenue25 offers access to major highways such as the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas), Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), and North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite).
