Kuala Lumpur, 11th September 2025, 02.13pm – Chin Hin Group Bhd has relaunched its flagship learning institution, the Chin Hin Academy for Reskilling & Transformation (CHART), as part of its push to future-proof its workforce in the age of generative artificial intelligence (AI).
The revamped academy is designed to strengthen the group’s transition into a skill-based organisation, focusing on agility, resilience, and sustainable long-term growth. According to Chin Hin, the academy’s programmes will be made available through the Chin Hin Employee SuperApp and its Learning Management System (LMS), providing employees with a seamless and integrated learning experience.
The launch event at Menara Chin Hin featured a panel discussion with industry experts, including Human Resources Development Corp (HRD Corp) chief strategy officer Dr Rony Ambrose Gobilee, Aon Southeast Asia partner & managing director Rahul Chawla, and Microsoft ASEAN and Korea employee learning lead Delphine Gunther.

- Gunther highlighted agility and critical thinking as crucial in adopting AI for innovation.
- Chawla emphasised the importance of resilience and proactive technology adoption in ensuring workplace competitiveness.
The event also showcased the CHART Themepark, featuring 14 interactive booths and experiential activities such as the Microsoft AI Copilot Prompt Battle and a Design Thinking Mini-Sprint, conducted with the Group’s learning partners.
