Kuala Lumpur, 05th March 2026, 06.12pm – Exsim Hospitality Bhd has partnered with property developer Majestic Gen to introduce professionally managed accommodation across selected developments nationwide, with a potential pipeline of more than 3,000 units over the next four years.
Under the collaboration, Exsim Hospitality’s hospitality brand, Mana Mana Hospitality, will operate accommodation services in selected projects within Majestic Gen’s portfolio. Homeowners will have the option to participate in the hospitality management programme, though participation will remain voluntary.
Majestic Gen’s group general manager of sales and marketing, Grace Foo, said the partnership represents the developer’s effort to enhance the long-term value and resilience of its projects through innovative operational models.
She noted that the collaboration aligns with Majestic Gen’s strategy to deliver sustainable and high-quality developments across Malaysia while introducing new hospitality-driven concepts to its projects.
The programme will be implemented progressively depending on project suitability and rollout plans. One of the first developments expected to adopt the model is Majestic Residence Kuala Lumpur.
For Exsim Hospitality, the partnership supports its broader strategy to expand the footprint of Mana Mana Hospitality and build a larger hospitality operating platform.
Managing director of Mana Mana Hospitality, Debbie Leow, said the initiative marks an important step in the brand’s expansion beyond short-term rental services.
According to Leow, the collaboration demonstrates the scalability of the Mana Mana Hospitality operating model while enabling the brand to broaden its presence into lifestyle resorts and full-service hotel operations.
She added that working with a developer that has projects across Malaysia will allow the company to expand its hospitality platform more systematically over the coming years.
