“Inta Bina Group Bhd secures a RM67.79 million housing construction contract in Cyberjaya’s Symphony Hills. The project adds to its RM1.5 billion order book, strengthening earnings visibility for the next 2–3 years.”
Kuala Lumpur, 29th August 2025, 01.30pm – Inta Bina Group Bhd has been awarded a RM67.79 million construction contract to develop semi-detached homes in Cyberjaya, strengthening its growing pipeline of projects in Malaysia’s property market.
The project, located at Persiaran Simfoni in Symphony Hills, Cyber 9, will involve the construction of 64 semi-detached houses measuring 36×80 ft and four semi-detached houses measuring 37×80 ft. Work is set to begin on Aug 29, 2025, with a targeted completion date of April 28, 2027, according to the company’s latest filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The contract was awarded by Symphony Hills Sdn Bhd and will be financed through a combination of internally generated funds and external borrowings. Inta Bina expects the project to contribute positively to its financial performance over the construction period.
This latest win follows a RM264.5 million serviced apartment contract in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, awarded earlier this month by GDP Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of 368 Segambut Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between IJM Land Bhd and FCW Holdings Bhd.
As of March 2025, Inta Bina reported an unbilled construction order book of RM1.5 billion and unbilled property development sales of RM90 million, providing earnings visibility for the next two to three years.
On Thursday, Inta Bina’s shares closed unchanged at 42.5 sen, valuing the construction group at RM260.4 million in market capitalisation.
