“Mah Sing has purchased 2.79 acres in Sri Rampai for its new RM300m M Mira project, offering 3–4 bedroom units with strong LRT and future MRT3 connectivity.”

Kuala Lumpur, 24th November 2025, 11.40am – Mah Sing Group Bhd has expanded its landbank with the purchase of a 2.79-acre parcel in Sri Rampai, Setapak for RM44.5 million.

According to the group’s statement, the newly acquired land will be developed into M Mira, following the strong market response to its earlier Setapak–Wangsa Maju projects including M Adora, M Astra, M Azura and StarParc Point.

This deal marks Mah Sing’s fifth land acquisition in 2025, after securing sites for M Aria in Sentul, the Corus Hotel redevelopment in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, M Legasi 2 in Semenyih and M Cora in Penang. Together, the five projects carry a combined gross development value (GDV) of about RM4.1 billion.

M Mira itself is estimated to have a GDV of RM300 million. Preliminary plans—pending authority approvals—indicate a mix of 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units, with indicative pricing starting from RM499,000.

Located within a mature urban corridor, M Mira will be surrounded by four current and upcoming rail stations: Sri Rampai LRT, Wangsa Maju LRT and the future MRT3 Rejang and Setapak stations, providing strong connectivity to key Kuala Lumpur destinations.

Mah Sing founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said the Sri Rampai purchase strengthens the group’s focus on well-connected, high-demand neighbourhoods.

“Our developments in Setapak and Wangsa Maju continue to perform well, proving the appeal of strategic sites with existing infrastructure. M Mira aligns with our strategy of acquiring prime, transit-linked land,” he said.

Chief operating officer Chris Chen added that M Mira is designed for modern urban buyers seeking affordability, practicality and community-centric living, with versatile layouts and lifestyle facilities planned.

The project will be accessible via major routes such as Jalan Genting Kelang, the Setiawangsa–Pantai Expressway (SPE), Duta–Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE), MRR2 and Jalan Tun Razak.

Amenities within a 5km radius include Setapak Central, Aeon Mall Wangsa Maju, Wangsa Walk Mall, Giant Hypermarket Setapak, NSK Wangsa Maju and Dataran Wangsa Melawati. Columbia Asia Hospital is located 3.2km away, while nearby schools include SK Taman Seri Rampai, SMK Taman Seri Rampai, SMK Zon R1 Wangsa Maju and SK Seri Bonus.
