Kuala Lumpur, 04th Mar 2025, 10.02am – Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has teamed up with X Park Malaysia to develop an extreme sports park in Bandar Seri Impian, Kluang, Johor, investing RM10 million to enhance the township’s recreational and lifestyle offerings.
The new X Park Bandar Seri Impian will offer a variety of extreme sports and leisure activities, including a go-kart track, ATV rides, a golf driving range, badminton and pickleball courts, rock climbing, archery, cafés, and pro shops. This marks the second collaboration between Matrix Concepts and X Park Malaysia, following the successful launch of X Park in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban.
Matrix Concepts’ property development division co-chief executive officer Chai Keng Wai highlighted that the partnership aligns with the developer’s vision of creating a holistic, family-friendly environment. “The addition of this unique attraction will elevate the township’s appeal and provide residents with an exciting new recreational experience,” he said.
Beyond the sports park, Matrix Concepts is also planning the launch of Bandar Seri Impian 2, a 309.51-acre expansion set to debut in 1Q2026 with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.56 billion. The company also has plans for new residential and commercial developments in Bandar Seri Impian in 3Q and 4Q this year. Once fully developed, the entire township will span 1,210 acres with a total combined GDV of RM3.56 billion.
Kluang MP Wong Shu Qi praised the township’s rapid development, stating that Bandar Seri Impian is becoming a key driver of economic and community growth in the region.
The township’s connectivity is set to improve significantly with the planned Pasir Gudang Highway interchange, as well as the upcoming completion of the Electric Train Service (ETS) extension from Gemas to Johor Bahru Sentral and the Rapid Transit System (RTS) to Singapore, further enhancing its accessibility and appeal to residents and investors.
