OCR Group Launches Kyra Collection in Shah Alam, Completes Isola KLCC

OCR Group Bhd launches Kyra Collection in U9 Shah Alam, featuring 963 affordable units under Rumah Selangorku. The developer also completes Isola KLCC, with 88% of units sold.

Kuala Lumpur, 26th Feb 2025, 02.26pm – OCR Group Bhd has unveiled the first phase of its latest high-rise residential project, Kyra Collection, in U9 Shah Alam, Selangor. Named Residensi Akasia, this phase is part of the Rumah Selangorku affordable housing scheme and features 963 units across two towers. Each unit measures 1,023 sq ft, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, priced at RM288,000. The development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM287 million.

Kyra Collection spans 20.46 acres and will be developed in four phases, offering a total of 2,892 apartment units along with a retail component.

In addition, OCR Group has successfully completed Isola KLCC, its luxury condominium project in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, receiving its Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) on Feb 12. The freehold development consists of 140 units, ranging from 636 to 3,390 sq ft, with prices starting at RM1.15 million. With an estimated GDV of RM276 million, the project is already 88% sold.

OCR Group’s Managing Director, Billy Ong Kah Hoe, emphasized the company’s commitment to diverse housing solutions:

Looking ahead, the developer plans to introduce D’Templer Hilltop Residences, a landed residential development in Rawang, Selangor, scheduled for launch in 2Q2025.
