KUALA LUMPUR, 24th Apr 2024 - Sunway Property, the real estate division of Sunway Bhd, is scheduled to provide a sneak peek of the initial phase of Sunway Velocity 3 in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, on Saturday, May 4, at its newly unveiled sales gallery.

As stated in a press statement released on Tuesday, the initial stage of Sunway Velocity 3 encompasses two residential tower blocks offering units ranging from 721 to 1,076 square feet in size. Each unit is equipped with integrated smart door locks, and all bedrooms within the complex are oriented outward to optimize natural light and airflow.
