Tropicana Corporation unveils Breeze Hill Shoppes & Service Apartments in Genting Highlands, a RM1.4 billion integrated development featuring luxury residences and commercial spaces.

Pahang, 07th Mar 2025, 12.32pm – Tropicana Corporation Bhd has launched Breeze Hill Shoppes and Service Apartments, an integrated development within Tropicana Avalon in Genting Highlands. The project, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.4 billion, was officially unveiled today with a groundbreaking ceremony alongside its appointed main contractor, China State Construction Engineering Malaysia (CSCEM).

Situated on 6.7 acres of freehold land in Gohtong Jaya, Breeze Hill is designed to attract investors, business owners, holidaymakers, and lifestyle seekers.

Tropicana Group CEO Datuk Mark Rozario highlighted the company’s ongoing expansion in Genting Highlands, emphasizing Breeze Hill as a key project to enhance the area’s appeal.

“Since 2020, we have been strengthening our presence in Genting Highlands by introducing the right product offerings to fill market gaps. Breeze Hill Shoppes and Service Apartments bring together luxury, modernity, and connectivity, setting a new benchmark for commercial and residential hubs in the region,” Rozario said.

CSCEM deputy general manager Sun Jian Wen also underscored the collaboration, stating, “This is our second partnership with Tropicana, following our involvement in Skypark Kepler at Lido Waterfront Boulevard in Johor. We look forward to shaping Malaysia’s landscape with modern and sustainable developments.”

Project Highlights

The Breeze Hill Service Apartments feature two 27-storey towers comprising 1,722 fully furnished units, available in studio, one-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. The residential segment boasts a GDV of RM1.1 billion, with units priced from RM400,000 onwards. Designed with a family-oriented concept, the apartments include over 40 lifestyle and wellness facilities, complete with designer fittings and furniture.

Beneath the residential towers, Breeze Hill Shoppes offers 90 stratified retail units across two levels, with built-up sizes ranging from 959 sq ft to 3,470 sq ft. These commercial units, starting from RM1.1 million, contribute to a GDV of RM250 million. Featuring double frontage for enhanced business visibility, the shoppes also offer 9-meter-wide storefronts and ground-floor units with up to 8-meter-high ceilings, allowing for double-volume conversions. Additionally, dedicated drop-off zones and parking facilities will enhance accessibility.
