LBS to unveil The Reserva township in Kwasa Damansara in 2027

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 1 — LBS Bina Group Bhd is preparing to introduce The Reserva, a 77.82ha premium freehold landed township in Kwasa Damansara, with its first phase scheduled to be unveiled in 2027.

Located in the southern precinct of Kwasa Damansara, the development will comprise a limited collection of bungalows, semi-detached houses and superlink homes.

The Reserva will be master planned around a 19.82ha forest park and positioned as a nature-oriented residential development offering greater space, privacy and access to greenery.

Township planned around forest park

The development occupies elevated and undulating terrain in a quieter section of Kwasa Damansara.

Its planning concept is intended to complement the wider township’s “City within a Garden” vision by incorporating the forest park and green spaces into the residential environment.

The name “Reserva” reflects the project’s focus on a private residential address shaped by its natural surroundings, according to the developer.

The project’s freehold tenure is also expected to differentiate it from other residential developments within the growing Kwasa Damansara area.

Accessible to established neighbourhoods

Despite its quieter setting, The Reserva is located within reach of established areas including Kota Damansara, Sungai Buloh, Tropicana, Bandar Sri Damansara and Ara Damansara.

The project is expected to target families seeking larger landed homes and existing homeowners looking to upgrade within an expanding Klang Valley growth corridor.

The Reserva also marks LBS’ expansion into the premium landed residential segment.

In July 2025, LBS secured development rights covering 77.82ha, or 192.32 acres, across 11 freehold parcels in Kwasa Damansara. The broader development was previously estimated to carry a gross development value of approximately RM8.3 billion and would be developed progressively over 14 years.

Detailed information on The Reserva’s first-phase unit sizes, pricing, facilities and launch schedule has yet to be announced.
