“Mah Sing launches M Aurora, a new freehold serviced residence in Old Klang Road, offering smart, sustainable city living with excellent connectivity and eco-friendly features. GDV: RM660 million.”
Kuala Lumpur, 05th August 2025, 11.05am – Mah Sing Group Bhd is set to extend its popular M Series with the upcoming launch of M Aurora, a new freehold serviced residence development strategically located along Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur.
Designed to offer smart, sustainable and attainable city living, M Aurora aims to replicate the success of Mah Sing’s fully sold M Oscar in Sri Petaling. The project will cater to first-time homebuyers and urban upgraders seeking modern, well-connected homes at accessible price points.
M Aurora is a transit-oriented development situated on a 2.12-hectare plot of freehold land, which Mah Sing acquired in 2023 for RM112.97 million. With an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM660 million, the project is expected to draw strong interest upon launch.
In a press statement, Mah Sing said that M Aurora will uphold the key hallmarks of the M Series brand—strategic location, contemporary design, smart home features, and value-for-money pricing—attributes that have consistently appealed to urban dwellers.
Prime Connectivity in a Mature Neighbourhood
Located in one of Klang Valley’s most accessible corridors, Old Klang Road provides direct access to major highways such as the Federal Highway, NPE, KESAS, MEX, LDP, and Salak Highway. The site is just 2.5km from the upcoming MRT3 Circle Line, scheduled for completion by 2032, which will further enhance public transport connectivity and long-term property values in the area.
Mah Sing noted that Old Klang Road has become increasingly popular among young professionals and small families working in or near the city centre, due to its urban convenience, safety, and low-maintenance lifestyle options.
Focus on Green and Sustainable Living
M Aurora has already received provisional GreenRE Silver certification, reflecting Mah Sing’s growing emphasis on sustainable development. The project will incorporate eco-conscious design principles and energy-efficient features, aligning with the group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments.
“M Aurora is a continuation of our vision to provide attainable, well-designed homes in prime city locations. With its excellent connectivity and green features, we believe it will appeal to the next generation of homeowners,” Mah Sing said.
The group is expected to launch M Aurora in the near future, pending final approvals.
