Kuala Lumpur, 02nd Octorber 2025, 12.49pm – Majestic Gen Sdn Bhd’s latest landed residential project, Majestic Yu, has achieved an 80% take-up rate just three months after its launch in June, the developer announced on Wednesday.

Built on a 9.3-acre site with a gross development value (GDV) of RM71.1 million, Majestic Yu comprises 106 single-storey terraced, double-storey terraced and semi-detached homes.

The single-storey terraced units are built on 20ft by 65ft lots, with built-ups ranging from 1,089 to 1,143 sq ft and priced from RM250,000. The double-storey terraced homes come in two layouts: 22ft by 75ft lots (2,341–2,419 sq ft) and 24ft by 75ft lots (2,517–2,707 sq ft), starting from RM751,000. Meanwhile, the semi-detached homes sit on 40ft by 85ft lots, offering a built-up of 2,966 sq ft.

Majestic Gen CEO Datuk Hoo Kim See attributed the strong demand to growing family needs and lifestyle upgrades in Seremban.

“The response since our soft launch shows families are seeking homes that balance practicality, design, and long-term value. Majestic Yu was carefully planned to meet these needs, while contributing to Seremban’s transformation into a thriving city of choice,” he said.

The project has attracted interest not only from local buyers but also from households in southern Kuala Lumpur.
