KUALA LUMPUR, 19th Jan 2024 – Malaysia is gearing up to unveil its maiden Bandar PR1MA township, strategically located near the Teluk Intan Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) campus construction site. Anticipated to be launched this year, the 57.5-hectare project boasts an estimated gross development value of approximately RM800 million, featuring more than 1,000 units of top-notch affordable homes.

Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming emphasized that the Bandar PR1MA initiative prioritizes sustainable and comfortable town planning. The unveiling of this township aligns with Malaysia’s commitment to providing high-quality, affordable housing options.

The project was part of the developments shared with Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah of Perak during a presentation at Istana Hinggap Perak on Thursday night.
