Kuala Lumpur, 24th Feb 2025, 11.25am – Global hybrid workspace provider International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its footprint in Malaysia with the launch of two new Regus offices—Regus Menara Public Gold in Kuala Lumpur in June and Regus Troika Kota Bharu in Kelantan in July. The latter marks IWG’s first foray into Malaysia’s east coast.
These additions will bring IWG’s total network in Malaysia to 47 locations under its Regus, Spaces, HQ, and Signature brands. The company, which opened five new locations in 2023, is progressing toward its ambitious goal of establishing 160 centres nationwide within five years.

The upcoming Kuala Lumpur centre at Menara Public Gold will span 13,924 sq ft, catering to enterprises of all sizes with scalable office solutions. Meanwhile, the Kota Bharu centre will occupy 7,836 sq ft within the Troika Kota Bharu mixed-use development, offering flexible workspace solutions for professionals in key industries such as tourism, retail, and manufacturing.
