Kuala Lumpur, 11th Mar 2025, 12.18pm – Chin Hin Group Bhd has officially launched Menara Chin Hin, its new corporate headquarters in Sri Petaling, marking a significant milestone for the company’s growth and innovation.
Group Managing Director Chiau Haw Choon described the headquarters as more than just a building, stating, “Menara Chin Hin represents our relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. It will be a space where ideas flourish, partnerships strengthen, and our people drive the group forward.”
Part of a two-tower mixed-use development, Menara Chin Hin integrates modern workplace concepts with residential units, featuring dedicated spaces for collaboration and employee well-being.
The group’s corporate offices, including subsidiaries such as Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP), Chin Hin Construction Engineering, and Chin Hin Building Materials, are housed on Levels 22 to 27.
Level 19 features Stellarium, a multifunctional event space for up to 230 guests, 12 meeting rooms (including four Microsoft Teams-enabled rooms), a wellness center, and a surau.
Level 18 is dedicated to professional development, featuring a learning hub for up to 100 participants and VIP suites for private discussions.
Level 17 is home to StellarBrew Café, a 14,000 sq ft dining space with separate halal and non-halal sections, offering over 200 seats for networking and casual meetings.
Meanwhile, Levels 10 to 16 feature duplex residential units ranging from 711 sq ft to 1,238 sq ft, all of which were fully sold, with prices starting at RM690 per sq ft.
Other levels house parking facilities and additional amenities, solidifying Menara Chin Hin as a dynamic hub for business and lifestyle in Sri Petaling.
