“Techbond Group Bhd acquires three industrial land parcels in Eco Business Park 7, Negeri Sembilan, for RM27.76 million. The purchase supports its long-term operational expansion and future development plans.”
Kuala Lumpur, 05rd November 2025, 01.30pm – Techbond Group Bhd has announced plans to acquire three parcels of industrial land in Eco Business Park 7, Negeri Sembilan, for a total cash consideration of RM27.76 million, marking another strategic step in its long-term expansion and operational growth.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the land purchase will be made from Eco Business Park 7 Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Eco World Development Group Bhd (55%), SD Guthrie Land Ventures Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of SD Guthrie Bhd (30%), and NS Corp (15%).
The three parcels — Lots 3003, 3004, and 3005 — were transacted at RM70 to RM72.03 per sq ft, or approximately RM753.47 to RM775.28 per sq m, with individual purchase prices of RM9.15 million, RM9.17 million, and RM9.44 million respectively. The company did not disclose the exact land sizes.
Located within SME 3, Eco Business Park 7, Mukim Jimah, Daerah Port Dickson, the lands are free from encumbrances, charges, liens, or caveats, ensuring smooth transfer of ownership upon completion.
Techbond said the acquisition will be funded through a combination of cash reserves and internally generated funds. While the sites may initially serve as investment properties, the company noted they could later be used for operational relocation or future facility development.
“These acquisitions represent a strategic investment that enhances Techbond’s flexibility in meeting long-term operational and distribution needs,” the group stated in its filing.
The move is aligned with Techbond’s ongoing plans to strengthen its manufacturing and logistics efficiency while positioning for potential business growth within Malaysia’s central-southern industrial corridor.
