Kuala Lumpur, 22th January 2026, 03.20pm – Hartamas Real Estate has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with UCAN Technologies Sdn Bhd to jointly develop and implement artificial intelligence (AI)-powered solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and agent productivity.
In a statement on Thursday, both parties said the collaboration will involve pilot programmes, proof-of-concept initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts to support the practical adoption of AI across real estate operations.
Under the partnership, Hartamas Real Estate will oversee business coordination and stakeholder participation, while UCAN Technologies will contribute its technical expertise, training and implementation support to ensure the effective deployment of AI-driven tools.
Hartamas Real Estate managing director Eric Lim said the collaboration marks a strategic step in leveraging advanced technology to streamline workflows, enhance agent performance and deliver greater value to clients.
UCAN Technologies chief data scientist Dr Lau Cher Han said AI-enabled automation and training solutions have the potential to significantly improve efficiency and decision-making, adding that the partnership highlights how AI can be applied to address real-world business challenges and create smarter, more productive teams.
