Kuala Lumpur, 28th January 2026, 03.30pm – Radium Development Bhd has donated RM30,000 to support the upgrading of facilities at SMK St Mary, Kuala Lumpur, as part of its ongoing commitment to community development.
Group managing director Datuk Gary Gan Kah Siong said the initiative reflects the company’s belief in fostering safe and supportive learning environments that contribute to the long-term development of future generations.
“SMK St Mary, KL was chosen in line with Radium’s philosophy of giving back to communities located near our developments, while supporting the wellbeing of those who live and learn there,” he said in a statement.
The contribution will be channelled towards improving the school’s infrastructure, with the aim of enhancing safety and creating a more conducive environment for both students and staff.

The cheque presentation ceremony was held at the school and attended by representatives from Radium Development, members of the school’s Board of Governors, and the Parents-Teachers Association.
The facility upgrades are expected to benefit a total of 1,075 students and 96 academic and non-academic staff members.
Radium said the initiative aligns with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities).
The developer added that the contribution underscores its role as a responsible property developer focused on creating lasting value for surrounding communities, while translating its “Building Good” philosophy into tangible and meaningful action.
