KUALA LUMPUR, 3 August 2023 – Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) celebrated the project’s early completion and a number of accomplishments with a celebration night at M Adora, Wangsa Melawati. The entirely sold-out M Adora, Mah Sing’s debut residential property in the established neighbourhood of Setapak, is only 9 km from KLCC and is surrounded by outstanding connectivity and ready services.

Among Mah Sing’s M Series developments, M Adora achieved 2.2 million man-hours without a Lost Time Injury (LTI), and it received the highest QLASSIC score of 85% for construction certification by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). This is evidence of Mah Sing’s ability to live up to its brand promise of providing excellent customer service, environmentally friendly operations, and high-quality homes.

High-rise residential complex M Adora has a gross development value of about RM399 million. The development consists of two towers with a total of 677 units in three different unit types, with built-ups that vary from 850 square feet to 1,200 square feet for the 3-bedroom, 3+1-bedroom, and 4-bedroom/Dual-key units. Beautiful mountain scenery and Kuala Lumpur city skyline may be seen from the residences of M Adora’s residents. Additionally, they have access to the 29th-floor Sky Bridge and Decks, which conveniently connect Towers A and B.

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum, Founder and Group Managing director of Mah Sing, Mah Sing’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang, Executive Director of Mah Sing, and Dato’ Steven Ng all witnessed the awarding of certificates for these outstanding accomplishments during the celebratory evening.

“We are proud to be able to deliver this project ahead of schedule without compromising on its quality. M Adora showcases the delivery of our brand promise in providing modern urban sanctuary-themed homes that are affordable in a KL city location. Over the course of three decades of consistent innovation and evolution to stay at the forefront, we are honoured to have gained the trust of over 45,000 Mah Sing homeowners. We are excited to build even more affordable luxury homes and connections in times to come.”, said Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum, the Founder of Mah Sing and Group Managing director.

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum further commented “Following the success of M Adora, we also launched M Astra located in the same area in December 2022 leveraging on the spill-over demand. Since its launch, M Astra has achieved 99% take-up and there are limited units available for sale. I am pleased that our M Series continues to receive good take-up rates due to its attractive price points, practical layout, ample facilities and strategic locations. We are confident in meeting our sales target of a minimum RM2.2 billion this year. Furthermore, we are actively on the lookout for attractively priced lands to replicate the success of our affordably priced yet luxurious M Series developments,”.

Achievement 1: High QLASSIC Score of 85%

It demonstrates our commitment to providing quality products for customers while keeping our promise to deliver on time. This would not have been possible without the collective effort and commitment demonstrated by our team and the trust and support of our esteemed partners and stakeholders. We will continue to strive to create exceptional developments that shape the future of our nation.”

The Construction Industry Standard (CIS: 7:2021) is the basis for QLASSIC, an independent evaluation tool designed by CIDB to guarantee and assess the standard of workmanship in building construction work.
