About Santai Square
Launched in February 2025, Santai Square comprises 125 strata shop offices, with sizes ranging from 818 sq ft to 13,000 sq ft. Positioned directly beneath the Santai D’ Eco Spring apartments, the commercial hub benefits from built-in footfall generated by 920 residential units.
Its strategic location in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, coupled with the established popularity of the Eco Spring township, positions Santai Square as a rising commercial centre for the wider Johor Bahru region.
A Township with Vision
First launched in 2014, Eco Spring is a gated-and-guarded township known for its European-inspired architecture, lush landscapes, and family-friendly amenities. It offers a wide range of residential options—from cluster homes to bungalows, terraces, and duduk apartments—as well as recreational facilities and a residents’ clubhouse.
With strong brand partners on board, Santai Square is now poised to become Tebrau’s next lifestyle and retail hub, further cementing Eco Spring’s reputation as a thriving and self-sustaining township.
