KUALA LUMPUR, 28th Mar 2024 – Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd, via its fully-owned entity Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd, is set to unveil Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery along Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur, in the second quarter of 2024.

Covering around 320,000 sq ft of gross floor area, Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery will accommodate 100 retail outlets over four levels, providing a net lettable area of 230,000 sq ft.

Additionally, the mix features wellness amenities like Guardian and Believe Fitness, healthcare services including Klinik Mediviron and R Pharmacy, dining options such as Gigi Coffee, Inside Scoop, Nam Heong, Subway, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Sushi Go, and Zus Coffee, as well as educational and entertainment facilities like AS Nursery & Preschool and Jungle Gym, among others.

Bloomsvale Shopping Gallery forms a component of the expansive Bloomsvale @ OKR mixed development spanning 5.2 acres and valued at RM1.2 billion in gross development value. The development also encompasses two residential towers, a corporate office tower, and a Courtyard by Marriott hotel.
