WM Senibong sells out Kew Green 1 in Leisure Farm, Iskandar Puteri within three months. The eco-luxury homes reflect rising demand driven by cross-border interest and upcoming RTS & SEZ projects.

Johor Bahru, 13th May 2025, 02.38pm – Property developer WM Senibong Sdn Bhd has achieved a 100% take-up rate for Kew Green 1, the first residential precinct in its 38-acre master-planned development, The Kews, located in Leisure Farm, Iskandar Puteri.

Launched in December 2024, all 171 units of two- and three-storey link homes were snapped up within just three months. Prices ranged from RM1.1 million to RM2.1 million, reflecting strong demand for sustainable, high-end living in southern Johor.
