Kuala Lumpur, 30th Aug 2024, 11.08am – Mah Sing Group Bhd hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for Residensi Suria Madani and unveiled the M Aspira mixed-development project on Thursday. Together, these projects represent a combined gross development value of RM1.01 billion.
Residensi Suria Madani, situated in Taman Desa, is a single-tower apartment complex offering 800 units, each with a built-up size of 800 sq ft and priced at RM200,000.
According to a press release on Thursday, Residensi Suria Madani aims to foster a harmonious living environment that reflects the Madani principles of inclusivity, prosperity, and unity. The development is designed to offer affordable housing, encourage community bonding, and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Adjacent to Residensi Suria Madani is M Aspira, featuring 1,613 units across two towers with three layout options, offering built-up sizes of 706, 855, and 1,006 sq ft. Prices start at RM448,000.
Both developments, Residensi Suria Madani and M Aspira, are situated on a 6.17-acre freehold land in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. The location offers convenient access to major highways including MEX, Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway, Sprint Highway, Smart Tunnel, and KL-Seremban Highway. Public transport options nearby include the KTM Salak Selatan and LRT Salak Selatan stations, as well as Terminal Bersepadu Selatan.
