Kuala Lumpur, 23th Aug 2024, 1.18pm – S P Setia Bhd was honored with the prestigious Top Developer Award 2024 at the BCI Asia Awards during a gala dinner at the Mayang Sari Ballroom, JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur, on August 16.
The award winners, including S P Setia, were selected based on the total value of their projects under construction over the past calendar year, with consideration given to the extent of their sustainability initiatives.
“We are honored that Setia has secured the Top Developer Award at the BCI Asia Awards 2024, marking our 13th win since 2011. This achievement reflects our commitment to creating sustainable communities and delivering high-quality developments,” said S P Setia’s chief operating officer, Datuk Zaini Yusoff, during the event.
“This recognition validates our ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability into our projects and confirms that we are progressing well with initiatives like our Setia eGreen Living framework,” he added.
S P Setia’s victory stems from its portfolio of 32 major developments across its landbank, including notable projects like Temasya Prisma in Shah Alam, Setia Warisan Tropika in Sepang, Setia Safiro in Cyberjaya, Setia Eco Templer in Rawang, Setia Mayuri in Semenyih, Setia Alamsari in Bangi, Setia Fontaines in Penang, and Setia Eco Gardens in Johor, among others.
The BCI Asia Awards have been recognizing Asia’s leading building professionals, developers, and architects since 2005.
