SkyWorld starts its Sustainable Community Living program at SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, enhancing EV charging stations and introducing green upgrades in line with ESG principles.
KUALA LUMPUR, 06 Sep 2023 – SkyWorld Development Berhad, a prominent city developer, has embarked on its Sustainable Community Living program by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the management corporation of SkyLuxe on the Park Residences. The MoU signifies their commitment to upgrading and optimizing the existing Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, marking the initial phase of this innovative initiative.
The Sustainable Community Living program by SkyWorld is a proactive effort to provide added value to enhance the living experience of their homeowners after the project’s handover. Commencing with SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, the company will engage in valuable research and development (R&D) to identify sustainable best practices in strata developments for the benefit of the residents.
Lee Chee Seng, the Chief Executive Officer of SkyWorld Development Berhad, emphasized that their dedication extends beyond the handover process. The inaugural initiative of SkyWorld’s Sustainable Community Living program will commence with the enhancement of EV charging stations. Subsequently, they plan to introduce various other green upgrades, including Solar Energy Panels, Artificial Intelligent (AI) Face Recognition System, Virtual Fencing, Autonomous Cleaning Robots, Car Plate Recognition Software, Sensor Lighting, and more.
These initiatives align perfectly with SkyWorld’s dedication to environmental, social, governance (ESG) principles. After witnessing the success of this initial endeavor at SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, SkyWorld intends to expand the Sustainable Community Living program to all their completed developments.
Situated in Bukit Jalil, SkyLuxe on the Park Residences boasts a gross development value (GDV) of RM409.43 million. Nestled on 1.85 acres of freehold land, the development comprises 477 apartments spread across two 40-storey towers.
