KUALA LUMPUR, 06 Sep 2023 – SkyWorld Development Berhad, a prominent city developer, has embarked on its Sustainable Community Living program by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the management corporation of SkyLuxe on the Park Residences. The MoU signifies their commitment to upgrading and optimizing the existing Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, marking the initial phase of this innovative initiative.

The Sustainable Community Living program by SkyWorld is a proactive effort to provide added value to enhance the living experience of their homeowners after the project’s handover. Commencing with SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, the company will engage in valuable research and development (R&D) to identify sustainable best practices in strata developments for the benefit of the residents.

Lee Chee Seng, the Chief Executive Officer of SkyWorld Development Berhad, emphasized that their dedication extends beyond the handover process. He stated, “SkyWorld takes pride in offering a holistic SkyLiving experience to our homeowners even after the completion and handover stage. This MoU signing with Perbadanan Pengurusan Residensi SkyLuxe, the management corporation of SkyLuxe on the Park Residences, reflects our commitment to continuously raise the bar in elevating the standards of living for our residents.”
