Tropicana launches SouthPlace 2 in Subang Jaya’s Metropark with apartments, retail lots, and Mercato as the anchor tenant.
Petaling Jaya, 07 Sep 2023 – Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) is expanding its 88-acre Metropark, Subang Jaya, with the launch of SouthPlace 2 Shoppes and Residences. This move follows the strong demand seen at SouthPlace Shoppes and Residences, which achieved a 90% take-up rate, thanks in part to its anchor tenant, Mercato.
SouthPlace 2 Shoppes and Residences comprise 553 serviced apartments and 74 commercial retail lots. Designed to cater to the middle-upper community, the development is situated adjacent to a completed 9.2-acre urban park and an international school.
