Berjaya Hartanah launches Oaka Residences in Bukit Jalil, offering premium condominiums with a GDV of RM373 million. Designed for families and professionals, the project boasts modern facilities and excellent connectivity.

Kuala Lumpur, 22th Nov 2024, 02.44pm – Berjaya Hartanah Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berjaya Land Bhd, has officially launched its latest condominium development, Oaka Residences, in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This upmarket project boasts a gross development value (GDV) of RM373 million.

Spread across 2.2 acres of freehold land, the development comprises two 30-storey residential towers with 350 units. Each unit ranges from 882 sq ft to 1,509 sq ft, featuring a lanai or balcony, a utility room, and at least two side-by-side car park bays. Prices start from RM880 per sq ft.

“Oaka Residences marks a milestone as our 15th iconic development in Bukit Jalil. It reflects Berjaya Land’s commitment to innovation, quality, and elevating this vibrant area,” said Berjaya Land executive director Tan Tee Ming during the launch ceremony.

He highlighted that approximately 10% of units in each new project are purchased by repeat buyers, attributing this to strong returns from prior developments. “We are confident Oaka Residences will achieve a good take-up rate within six months,” he added.

The project targets young families and professionals, offering family-friendly amenities such as an infinity pool, a rooftop sky garden, a children’s playground, a basketball half-court, and a dedicated delivery area. It is well-connected by the Shah Alam Expressway, Maju Expressway, and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway, with three LRT stations within a three-kilometre radius. Nearby facilities include schools, medical centres, and commercial hubs.
