- Customisable open-plan spaces
The flexible design caters to businesses of all sizes, from startups to multinational corporations.
Stronger Presence to Meet Hybrid Work Demand
IWG founder and CEO Mark Dixon said the expansion reflects the increasing demand for hybrid work models in Malaysia.
“We are establishing a stronger presence in Malaysia with the signing of Signature at the renowned Menara Merdeka 118,” he said in a statement on Monday.
“Our workplace model enhances employee satisfaction and productivity while supporting a sustainable way of working. This partnership with PNB allows us to offer businesses a prestigious address in one of the world’s most sought-after landmarks.”
The centre is IWG’s fourth in a PNB-owned property and will join a network of 45 centres nationwide across its four brands — Regus, HQ, Signature, and Spaces — with 16 locations in Kuala Lumpur alone.
PNB: Committed to High-Quality Workspaces
Welcoming IWG’s expansion, PNB deputy president and group chief executive Datuk Rick Ramli said the new centre supports Malaysia’s professional community in its evolving workspace needs.
