Kuala Lumpur, 11th Dec 2024, 1.40pm – S P Setia Bhd has launched its latest residential phase, Setia Suria, a collection of freehold, single-storey terraced homes located in its sprawling 1,961-acre Setia Fontaines township in Kepala Batas, Penang.
Spanning 49.55 acres, Setia Suria comprises 333 homes divided into two sub-phases. The first sub-phase, featuring 154 units, was unveiled on December 7, while the second phase of 179 units is scheduled for launch in the first quarter of 2025. With a gross development value (GDV) of RM280 million, the homes are priced from RM430,000 onwards and offer spacious layouts with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ranging from 1,189 sq ft to 1,221 sq ft. Completion is expected by December 2026.
