S P Setia to Launch Ambrosia II Semi-Detached Homes in Setia Bayuemas, Klang

S P Setia Bhd is launching Ambrosia II, featuring 38 freehold semi-detached homes in Setia Bayuemas, Klang, starting at RM1.75 million. These spacious units offer modern designs and are near schools, healthcare, and shopping centers, with completion slated for Nov 2026.

Shah Alam, 15th Nov 2024, 11.15am – S P Setia Bhd is set to launch Ambrosia II, a new phase of freehold, semi-detached homes in its Setia Bayuemas township in Klang, on Saturday (Nov 16). This exclusive development, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM69.39 million, features 38 double-storey semi-detached units, each with a modern design and spacious interiors spanning 2,891 sq ft.

Priced from RM1.75 million to RM2.077 million, these homes are scheduled for completion by November 2026.
