KUALA LUMPUR, 27 June 2023 – SkyWorld Development Bhd has successfully finished its latest project, The Valley Residences, located in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur.
As the tallest residential building constructed by SkyWorld thus far and the tallest in Setiawangsa, The Valley Residences boasts a gross development value of RM761 million and occupies a strategically positioned 4.66-acre land parcel. It consists of 1,309 units ranging in size from 800 sq ft to 1,318 sq ft.
SkyWorld organized an exclusive project tour, showcasing the development to the media, bankers, estate valuers, and solicitors. The tour highlighted the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that have become synonymous with SkyWorld’s projects.
The Valley Residences offers a wide array of amenities, including an Olympic-length swimming pool, landscaped gardens, recreational areas, Jacuzzi Cove, Hammock Grove, Forest Veranda, Canopy Walk, Sierra Playpark, and the first-of-its-kind Power Mixed Martial Art gymnasium.
