KUALA LUMPUR, 25 June 2023 – Radium Development Berhad, a Kuala Lumpur-based property developer, has recently unveiled two new projects in the city: Desa East Residences and Chancery Residences.
Desa East Residences, valued at RM1 billion, is situated in Sungai Besi, just 5 kilometers away from Kuala Lumpur’s city center. Both projects have received positive responses from buyers. Desa East Residences has garnered over 600 applications for the RUMAWIP units, and Radium Adesa Residence boasts a 70% take-up rate. Chancery Residences has also attracted strong demand from property investors, with interest coming from both the Klang Valley and Northern regions.
