KUALA LUMPUR, 12 Sep 2023 – Tropicana Corporation Berhad is embarking on an exciting expansion into the thriving northwest growth region of the Klang Valley with its ambitious 362-acre integrated township development known as Tropicana Alam, situated in Puncak Alam.
The inaugural residential phase of this township comprises 431 double-storey terraced residences, offering spacious built-up areas starting from 1,917 sq ft and land sizes commencing at 20′ x 70′. These residences are thoughtfully spread across 87.4 acres of prime land.
Ixora Ang, Tropicana’s Executive Director of Marketing and Sales, emphasized that as the epicenter of development activity gradually shifts away from Kuala Lumpur, Tropicana is strategically utilizing its extensive land bank to craft distinctive townships.
