Kuala Lumpur, 26th Mar 2025, 01.05pm – Malton Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Shenzhen Apexls Optoelectronic Co Ltd to explore the integration of cutting-edge LED display technology into its property projects in Malaysia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, Malton stated that the MOU will be in effect for 12 months. The partnership aims to assess market demand and feasibility for incorporating interactive LED displays, dynamic digital billboards, and immersive LED experiences into its developments.
Malton, a prominent property developer known for integrated townships and high-rise residential projects, sees this collaboration as an opportunity to enhance its offerings with state-of-the-art digital displays.
Apexls is a subsidiary of Ledman Optoelectronic Co Ltd, a Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed company specializing in LED products, serving over 80 countries.
At market close, Malton’s shares remained unchanged at 38 sen, with a market capitalization of RM218 million.
