OSK Property Launches Nara Serviced Apartments at Shorea Park, Puchong

Nara at Shorea Park offers 709 affordable, eco-certified units with lifestyle amenities. Following high demand for earlier phases, Mira and Anya, Nara continues the trend.

Kuala Lumpur, 05th Nov 2024, 11.00am – OSK Property Holdings Bhd, the property division of OSK Holdings Bhd, has launched a serviced apartment project called Nara within its 27.77-acre Shorea Park master plan in Puchong, as stated in a press release on Saturday.

Situated on a 3.9-acre freehold site, Nara features two 28-storey towers with 709 units, offering built-up sizes from 560 to 1,055 sq ft in 1+1 to four-bedroom configurations. Units are priced starting at RM250,000, with a gross development value of RM353 million.

In the statement, OSK Property CEO Ong Ghee Bin noted, “The strong demand for our previous phases, Mira and Anya, highlights the appeal of well-designed, affordable homes in this fast-developing area. Nara at Shorea Park combines natural elements with urban convenience and, with its competitive pricing, provides an ideal choice for homebuyers and families seeking a balanced lifestyle.”

Nara’s amenities include a 50-meter swimming pool, hydrotherapy spa, jogging track, gym, badminton and basketball courts, along with multiple recreational spaces. The broader Shorea Park master plan also features a one-acre public central park.

Aligned with OSK Property’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, Nara has received the GreenRE Bronze Provisional Certification.

According to the statement, Nara’s launch builds on the strong demand seen for previous projects at Shorea Park. The first phase, Mira serviced apartments, launched in September 2021, has sold out completely and was completed in July this year, 13 months ahead of schedule. Similarly, the second phase, Anya, launched in 2022, has achieved a 90% take-up rate.
