KLANG, 18 Sep 2023 – S P Setia’s Setia Bayuemas township development in Klang is gearing up to introduce Laelia II, the second phase of the Laelia double-storey terraced homes collection on September 16, 2023.
Laelia II, spanning 7.16 acres with a GDV of RM72.7 million, will comprise 97 units of double-storey terrace homes. Among them, 48 units are loft-style homes, while 49 units are conventional terrace homes, offering 3 or 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Both types feature slightly larger built-up areas compared to Laelia I. The loft-style units range from 1,626 sq ft to 1,673 sq ft and include a double-volume living room, while the conventional terrace units range from 1,917 sq ft to 2,019 sq ft.
The loft-style units are priced from RM629,000, while the terrace units start at RM798,000.
Razly Mohammad Rus, divisional general manager of S P Setia, said, “We aimed to offer a more exclusive product when we were designing Laelia as we identified the current demands of first-time homeowners and adapted our plans to meet their modern lifestyle needs. This is why Laelia II, similar to Laelia I, offers an alternative loft-style design which is trending while providing that within a well-planned township.”
“With the non-bumiputera units of Laelia I taken up during the launch and the accumulating inquiries since then, it is evident that the demand is present, and hence, we are taking the opportunity to launch the second phase of Laelia to meet the continuous demand for terraced homes priced within a more affordable price range,” he added.
Similar to Laelia I, Laelia II will incorporate Setia i-Home sustainable and future-ready features. Homes will include a solar photovoltaic conduit and electric vehicle ports, a green switch for convenient control of electrical appliances, and a smart lock for extra security. The features also encompass the innovative Box 366 food and parcel delivery dropbox designed by S P Setia.
