“Tropicana Corp launches Lido Waterfront Boulevard with Skypark Kepler residences, featuring eco-friendly designs, smart home tech, and lifestyle perks for Johor’s vibrant new metropolis.“
Johor, 01st Nov 2024, 02.27pm – On Oct 30, Tropicana Corp Bhd launched its 163-acre Lido Waterfront Boulevard in Johor with an official groundbreaking ceremony alongside its main contractor, China Construction Second Engineering Corp (CSCEC), for the first phase branded residence, Skypark Kepler, in collaboration with Banyan Group.
CSCEC, a leading global construction and development firm, operates in over 100 countries.
The billion-ringgit Lido Waterfront Boulevard master plan includes seven core components, encompassing residential, commercial, wellness, education, hospitality, recreational, and other lifestyle amenities.
“Lido Waterfront Boulevard offers several standout features, including freehold international zoning, fully-furnished flexible unit layouts with uninterrupted waterfront views, a 2.5km boardwalk, Samsung smart home technology, green-certified buildings, and multi-tier security,” Tropicana announced in a press release.
Skypark Kepler, a high-end serviced apartment within the project, will be co-developed with Banyan Group, a global hospitality company operating in 22 countries.
“Johor is undergoing rapid growth, and Tropicana aims to harness this potential, transforming Lido Waterfront Boulevard into a vibrant Southern metropolis,” said Tropicana CEO Ong Chou Wen at the groundbreaking ceremony. “This is among our most luxurious projects in Johor, set to become the heartbeat of Johor City Centre, with its close proximity—just a 7-10 minute drive—to the RTS link.”
Ong also highlighted the project’s alignment with Tropicana’s ESG goals, featuring lifestyle amenities like a 2.5km coastal boardwalk, a 32-acre green park with a cultural center, and sustainable design elements such as EV charging stations, solar panels, Samsung smart home technology, a pedestrian-friendly layout to reduce carbon footprint, rainwater harvesting, 5G infrastructure, and more.
“The Skypark Kepler, set on a 4-acre site, offers residents fully furnished designer units with versatile layouts and incentives like Tropicana T Privilege points, golfers’ benefits, T360 app rewards, and accessible services,” shared Ong.
“Buyers also gain exclusive access to the Banyan Sanctuary Club and Banyan Living, which enhances the appeal of Banyan-branded properties due to their excellent rental and property management services post-completion. The two sleek 54-storey Skypark Kepler towers will host 856 units, ranging from 667 to over 2,000 sq ft, launching soon as part of the first phase.”
