Exsim Ipoh City and Liew Yin Yin Land Collaborate on RM230 Million Ipoh Project

Exsim Ipoh City partners with Liew Yin Yin Land to develop a RM230 million project in Ipoh, featuring 420 serviced apartments and retail units. Exsim Hospitality to manage the development.

Kuala Lumpur, 16th Jan 2025, 11.50am – Exsim Ipoh City Sdn Bhd, part of Exsim Group, has signed a joint-venture agreement with Liew Yin Yin Land Sdn Bhd to develop a 1.291-acre site in Ipoh, valued at RM230 million. The project, announced on Wednesday, will feature 420 serviced apartment units with sizes ranging from 484 to 904 sq ft, alongside four retail units.

At the same event, Exsim Hospitality Bhd (KL), formerly Pan Malaysia Holdings Bhd, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Exsim Ipoh City to manage the development under its short-term rental brand, Mana Mana Hospitality.

Paramjit Singh, executive director of Exsim Hospitality, emphasized the significance of the partnership. “Aligning with Exsim Group allows us to bring innovative, sustainable solutions to meet the demand for premium accommodations, enhancing value for stakeholders,” he said.

Datuk Seri Don Liew Mun Hon, managing director of Liew Yin Yin Group Bhd, called the partnership a strategic move. “This development, in a prime location, will become an iconic landmark in Ipoh and boost the city’s tourism industry,” he added.

Further project details and management plans are expected to be announced in the future.
