Kuala Lumpur, 02nd Dec 2024, 03.15pm – IJM Land Bhd’s Savvy serviced apartment, part of the 16-acre Riana Dutamas master plan in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur, has achieved an impressive 85% Qlassic score, according to a statement released on Monday. The RM590 million project, built on a 5.06-acre plot, offers two 40-storey towers with 921 units ranging from 722 to 1,232 sq ft. Selling prices start at RM454,000. The development, which is GreenRE Bronze-certified, has been completed ahead of schedule and is slated for handover soon.
“We aimed to create a home that balances community living and personal privacy. Savvy offers convenience through its location while serving as a peaceful retreat,” said IJM Land senior general manager Datuk Chai Kian Soon.
Building on Savvy’s success, IJM Land plans to launch Stellaris, the final phase of Riana Dutamas, later this month. Spanning 5.78 acres with a gross development value of RM818 million, Stellaris will feature 1,143 units, including two- to three-bedroom and dual-key layouts. Unit sizes range from 760 to over 1,200 sq ft, with pricing details to follow.
Designed as a transit-oriented development, Stellaris will connect to the Segambut KTM Station via a covered walkway and provide access to the GoKL shuttle for nearby MRT stations. Amenities include 31 lifestyle facilities such as co-working spaces, lounge areas, and 24 electric vehicle charging bays. Four retail lots will also be available, with further information forthcoming.
